    • Toddler Group every Wednesday from 2.00pm to 4.00pm.

All our children and youth workers have a current DBS clearance.

Worship for Everyone is on the third Sunday of the month and provides family-friendly worship including band-led worship songs …

Our Family Pop-Ins are very popular within the community and are held on the second Saturday of most months and provide a safe, caring, Christian environment to enjoy a variety of craft activities with your children. Activities cater for children and young people from toddler-age upwards and typically range from cold cookery, to painting to a selection of cutting and sticking creations.  The activities are based round a Bible story and the children take home a storyboard to keep the message alive. We finish by coming together for a short period of music, story-time and reflection on the morning’s message.

We welcome all ages to drop in for a time of fellowship and refreshments any time between 10.30 and 12.15.

Some older members of the church community enjoy popping in to meet people over a coffee. The morning is free, although we welcome donations towards refreshments.

Toddlers

On Wednesday afternoons, 2-4pm, our Toddler Group has grown from strength to strength in recent years. Complimentary reviews on family-focused social media sites brings a regular flow of new members. Good facilities, such as our secure, grassed field, allow the children to let off steam while mums, dads, carers and grandparents get to know each other.
A strong team of church members ensure that everyone receives a warm welcome. Each week we usually offer a large selection of toys, a craft activity, snack and drink, a song and story-time session, all for £1 per family. The group is very popular and often has over 30 children attending.
Please come along; we’d love to meet you.  For details, please contact secretary@broadstoneurc.org

“This group is a lovely friendly place to go and take your children for a play and a chat, There is lots of toys for them to play with, they have a different themed craft to do every week and have a lovely big garden that is used in the warmer days. The ladies that run it are so kind and welcoming and always there for a chat. They even supply tea, biscuits and raisins! They end the session with a story and a song. I’ll definitely miss it when my little one starts school."
"I have been taking my grandchildren to this group for almost 5 years. A great group, run by lovely people. Very friendly with a large hall for the children to play. Lots of toys for all ages. A craft activity is arranged each week where children and adults have fun using their creative talents. The afternoon finishes with a short story and singing. Tea/coffee squash biscuits and raisins are always on offer. In the warmer weather there is also a large enclosed outdoor area with play equipment for the children to enjoy. If you are looking for a fab place for you and your child/children to go on a Wednesday afternoon please do come along."
